Start with the study programme, then the home address
If IB is the priority, check Semiahmoo’s Diploma or individual-course route first. If Co-op is important, use Elgin Park’s course guide to check the options for your child’s grade. For regular admission, compare the full home addresses: the schools share some street names in their catchment records.

Enrolment and capacity refer to the years shown, not current vacancies. Programme records are not a complete course catalogue; Semiahmoo’s IB routes are explained below.
Semiahmoo IB: Diploma application or individual courses
The school publishes Diploma application routes for SD36 and non-SD36 students. Current Semiahmoo Grade 10 students apply for the IB Course pathway through course selection. Check the applicable application year and requirements before choosing a home around an IB plan. A regular catchment address does not secure an IB place.
IB applications and entry requirements ↗Elgin Park Co-op: work experience during Grade 11
The school describes Co-op 11 as a semester programme with applications in Grade 10. Students take part in two work-experience opportunities alongside their studies. That makes the placement schedule and course combination useful points to compare with an IB study plan.

Both rows are marked as partial streets. Their minimum–maximum intervals overlap, but the records can contain gaps; the overlap does not assign a home to both schools. Check the complete civic address for the relevant school year.
